We hear this phrase a lot. Believe it or not, a friend of mine told me the other day,
"I want to live life to the fullest! I barely go out, get high, or go out with friends :[ "
When people say “live life to the fullest,” it doesn’t necessarily mean go out & drink, party, and be crazy. It can simply mean make the best out of every situation and see the greatest in what you have.. See everything in its full potential. In other words, look at the brighter side of things. Because life’s pretty full as it is already don't you think? Now all we gotta do is live it- the best we can. If you're at home with family maybe it's time for some family fun, or maybe do something productive. There's always something you can do, but sometimes we're too lazy to do it or it just doesn't excite us. I too am guilty, but i'm beginning to realize that there are a million opportunities that we encounter every day that may not seem exciting, but we have to make it exciting. Even the smallest things can make a big difference in your day. So enjoy the little things<3 Work as if you don't need money, love like you've never been hurt, and dance like no one's watching."I want to live life to the fullest! I barely go out, get high, or go out with friends :[ "
Every second counts. If something is boring and you complain, or you went to a dance or party and said it was lame. Why not stop complaining coming up with a problem & create a solution? Feedback is necessary but in most cases YOU can make a difference without telling everyone "WHYY IS THIS SO BORING GAH FML." Try within the best of your own ability to liven up the party and try something new. Someone's got a do it right, why cant it be you? Not only that, but others around you feel your presence and join in. "if she/he can do it, so can i." There is nothing to lose, only things you can gain.
The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything they just make the most of everything that comes along their way.
